What to do in case of Damaged /Defective Products

If an item ordered by you on ICEBERG INDIA is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at info@icebergindia.com within 24 hours of receving such product for a replacement. We will guide you about how to process further for the replacement of demaged/defective product.


What to do if I want to return a product that I have ordered?

Customers are requested to be aware that our products belong to IT industry and the required products is to be customized and software development, therefore the order once placed can not be cancelled or returned as it incurres our man-hour cost and other infrastructrual cost.


How will the Money be refunded in case of product(s) returned ?

As there is no return or cancellation policy, therefore we don't have any refund policy. Order once placed can not be cancelled or applied for refund. Under no circumstance, company will refund however if there is any issue related to product or technical fault in the product then company is committed to provide you the technical support to rectify the fault, if any, or to replace the product. But there is no refund policy with us.
